Shipping Policy

Mellowjello currently ships to all 50 U.S. states where hemp-derived CBD is legal. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All products are compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% THC. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that CBD products are legal in their state or locality before placing an order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, especially during peak seasons or due to weather conditions.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS, both of which accept hemp-derived CBD products under federal guidelines. All mellowjello shipments are discreetly packaged and include documentation verifying compliance, including third-party lab results from Santa Cruz Labs. Orders over $150 may require a signature upon delivery for added security. mellowjello is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
