Refund Policy

At mellowjello, we stand behind the quality of our Full Spectrum CBD products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds on opened or used items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@mellowjello.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or defective). Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Due to the nature of hemp-derived products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened items unless there is a verified product defect. mellowjello is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Refunds are not available for wholesale or bulk orders. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
